When downloading clips - it stops half way
through the download, why?
There can be lots of
reasons for this. Normally we find it is a caching problem and is
particularly prevalent when using download accelerator's and windows media
player 10. For some reason the download accelerators do not always
remember the cookies that exist within the members area. Some simple
house keeping can help. Clean out your temporary internet files, ensure
you have enough temporary disk space and try a simple reboot.

I have forgotten my
password, how do I get it reset?
If you know your
username and or receipt number you can email us at
info@randomsnaps.com and ask
that your username be reset. If you wish to change your password
or find out what you have purchased with us you can do this using the
"profile page"

How often will we update the members area?
We are not in the business of short-changing
people. We will NOT be
offering a recurring monthly fee! Our intention is to
develop a series of volumes and then offer a one off fee for
each. We are hope to upload a new volume every 6 to 8 weeks.
Will additional clips be added to each volume?
Generally the answer to this is no.

What about ongoing free stuff?
For the moment the intention is to continue to provide content in the form
of few free pictures and
a free clip for each volume. There is no intention to have free
content uploaded each day. However, we will continue to provide the odd image to
various news groups etc.

Will we continue to provide DVD's?
This simply depends upon demand. Most customers these days
are happy to view online rather than purchase DVD's so nature will take its
course.

Will we provide Custom Videos / DVD's?
This may be
possible subject to the availability and willingness of the model? One
would need to negotiate with us directly here? Please remember that our
models are not professional actors or models willing to partake in acts that
may involve sex. Costs for this have not been established at
this point.
Will the DVD's offer the same footage as the On-line content?
Yes, although we will be adding more original
content to most DVDs. This means
that in most cases the on-line content will provide an extended taste of what the DVD will be
like.
